When We Fight

When we fight on trivial things,

All we seem to do is say

“I’m right, you’re wrong, so better listen,

And do this job (or that) my way.”

When you pout and shout at me,

Your eyes go flash, your cheeks flush red.

And I forget all the fight, just think,

How sweet you look when you lose your head.

That moment is so fleeting, it’s gone

Yet in a way, don’t you think it’s simply awesome?

For every time we have these fights,

Our love just seems to grow and blossom.
